Should I buy a black trench coat?

I found a black trench coat on a website and prostrate in love with it immediately, and now I´m considering buying it.

To be plain, I thinks it's over the top, i.e. all those pins makes it look 'manufactured' rather than 'surrogate'. Even if you were a punk rocker, I'd say it would look silly rather than cool wherever you'd go in the just ecstatic.
